Privacy notice
PageNumberOne is run by Harvie Software Solutions Ltd (“we”). This notice explains what personal data we collect through pagenumber.one, why, and your rights. Questions: hello@pagenumber.one.
What we collect
- Free SEO check: your website address, country, brand name, name and email address, and whether you ticked the marketing box.
- Waitlist: your name, email address, website (optional), the plan and billing period you chose, and whether you ticked the marketing box.
- Technical data: to limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address in memory for a short time. We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we use it
- To run the SEO check you asked for and email you the report (legitimate interests and steps at your request).
- To reply to your waitlist request and set up your plan (steps at your request before a contract).
- To send occasional SEO tips and product news, only if you ticked the box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing).
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse (legitimate interests).
Who processes it for us
- Resend, to send email and keep our contact list.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Supabase, which holds a free SEO check briefly while it waits in our scan queue.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which checks form submissions for spam. Its script loads only when you start using a form, and Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and report details for as long as needed to provide the service and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
If our scanner is busy or a scan needs a second try, your free SEO check waits in our scan queue. Your name and email address are kept there only until your report has been sent (usually within 24 hours) and are then removed from the queue; the rest of the queue record (website, brand, country and score) is deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email hello@pagenumber.one. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
